Shamrock AI Raises $5 Million to Help Enterprises Build More Reliable AI Workflows

Shamrock AI Raises $5 Million to Help Enterprises Build More Reliable AI Workflows
Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. The startup will use the investment to develop its enterprise assurance platform, expand its team and reach more customers.
As businesses introduce AI into critical operations, a practical question follows: how can they check that their systems and processes work reliably?

Shamrock AI is addressing this challenge with an enterprise assurance platform. The startup has secured $5 million in seed funding, led by Endiya Partners, with Capria Ventures also participating.

Founded by Sarat Addanki, Michael “Mick” Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, the company plans to use the investment to accelerate product development, hire talent and expand its customer outreach.

According to its website, Shamrock’s platform uses AI to validate enterprise applications, business processes, system integrations and data migrations. Its focus is on checking the workflows businesses depend on as they introduce or change software systems.

For example, a company moving information between platforms needs to verify that its data and processes continue to function correctly. Shamrock’s stated offering covers validation across these types of software implementations and related workflows.

The startup is initially targeting testing automation for enterprise resource planning transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. Its platform connects business processes, systems, data and configurations through an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph—a representation of how these elements relate.

Shamrock also plans to expand into data monitoring and business process automation. Its hiring plans span India and the United States, alongside a planned expansion into the Middle East.

The company’s ambition is to use a deeper understanding of enterprise operations to support more reliable deployment of AI agents across business workflows.
