Bengaluru-based Spill Games has raised $10.5 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. The investment will support new games, user acquisition and technology development.
Mobile gaming startup Spill Games has secured $10.5 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital, alongside existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital.
Founded in 2024 by former PlaySimple Games employees Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan and Harsh Garg, the Bengaluru company develops free-to-play casual, puzzle and hybrid-casual games for international audiences.
The fresh capital will help Spill Games grow its successful titles, expand its portfolio and attract more players. The company also plans to strengthen its AI and technology capabilities and make selective hires.
Central to its development approach is Compass, a proprietary system that combines analytics, player retention, monetisation and live operations. By reusing technology across games, Spill aims to shorten the journey from an initial concept to testing with players.
The startup says its portfolio of games with scalable and profitable performance grew from three to six in less than three months. It evaluates player engagement, retention and commercial performance to decide which titles warrant further investment.
The Series A follows a $3.1 million seed round in April 2026, co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. With the latest funding, Spill plans to increase the number of games it can test and expand globally.
